As soon as the vote here in Arizona is certified (which should be November 30, 2020 unless any legal challenges push it back), recreational cannabis becomes legal for adults 21 or older! You can even grow six plants per adult (up to twelve per household) now, no matter how near or far you are from a dispensary (which is very much unlike the medical grow rights already here).
